1. How much is the Missouri Real Estate Salesperson Pre-Licensing Course?

The current tuition is $528. Your tuition includes both required courses: the 48-Hour Missouri Salesperson Pre-Exam Course and the 24-Hour Missouri Real Estate Practice Course.

 

2. What is included with my tuition?

​

Your enrollment includes two courses. You will first complete the 48-Hour Missouri Salesperson Pre-Exam Course in person with an instructor. Your tuition also includes the 24-Hour Missouri Real Estate Practice Course, which is completed online and is self-directed.

 

3. Are textbooks included in the tuition?

​

No. Textbooks are purchased separately for $85. Students should plan for this additional expense when registering for the course.

 

4. Are classes online or in person?

​

The 48-Hour Missouri Salesperson Pre-Exam Course is an in-person classroom experience. We believe students benefit from having direct access to an instructor, asking questions in real time, interacting with classmates, and learning in a structured environment. The 24-Hour Missouri Real Estate Practice Course is completed online and is self-directed.

 

5. How many students are typically in each class?

Our classes are intentionally kept small, typically ranging from approximately 6 to 16 students. This creates a more personal learning environment and gives students greater opportunities to interact with the instructor and ask questions.

 

6. When are classes held?

​

Class dates and times vary by session. Upcoming course dates are posted on our Class Schedule page. Many of our Missouri pre-licensing sessions are offered in the evening to accommodate students who work during the day. For example, the October 2026 session is scheduled from 6:00 PM–10:00 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

 

7. When is the next Missouri pre-licensing class?

Visit our Class Schedule for the most current upcoming session dates. New sessions are offered throughout the year, and students are encouraged to register early because our in-person class sizes are limited.

 

8. What happens after I complete the 48-Hour Pre-Licensing Course?

​

After successfully completing the 48-Hour Pre-Exam Course, you will take the Missouri real estate licensing examination. After passing the licensing exam, you will complete the 24-Hour Missouri Real Estate Practice Course before submitting your application for a Missouri salesperson license.

 

9. What are the basic requirements to obtain a Missouri real estate salesperson license?

Missouri applicants must be at least 18 years old, complete the required education, complete fingerprinting through the approved statewide vendor, pass both portions of the Missouri salesperson examination, and complete the 24-Hour Missouri Real Estate Practice Course before applying for licensure.
