Are you ready to take your real estate career to the next level? Sign up for the Missouri Broker's Course at Realty Central Education Center. This comprehensive package includes one in-classroom course and textbooks, where you'll attend a total of 12 classes. The sessions run from April 8, 2024 through May 2, 2024 (M, T, & TH) from 9 AM to 1 PM. The 48 Hour Broker's Course is designed to give you the knowledge and skills to become a successful broker. At the end of the course, you'll need to pass an end-of-course exam to take the next step in your career. Join us at Realty Central Education Center and start your journey to success today. The state of Missouri requires: ** a prospective broker to hold a current and active Missouri salesperson license for at least 24 of the last 30 months immediately preceding the application for licensure, PLUS: **Complete the 48 hours of course work within 90 days of registration. **Pass the state-administered licensing examination at https://test-takers.psiexams.com/more. **Apply for a Broker’s license within six months of completing the Broker's course.
