48 Missouri pre-licensing Course (in Classroom with instructor)
($498) PRE-LICENSE VALUE PACKAGE (Includes 48 Hour Pre-License Course plus the 24 Hour Missouri Real Estate Practice Course) - This is a package including the 48 Hour Pre-licensing course in the classroom with an instructor and the 24 Hour Practice course online and self-directed. Students will complete the 48 Hour Pre-license Course first. Each student will attend 12 sessions in class. After sitting for the licensure exam, students will then complete the 2nd course online. The second course must be completed within 6 months from licensure. At the end of the course, students will need to pass an end of course exam.

Upon successful completion of the 48 Hour Pre-License course, students will take the Missouri Pre-Licensing Exam

Once the Missouri Pre-Licensing Exam is passed, students will return to finish the second course, the 24 Hour Missouri Real Estate Practice Course
